It is free to join the library and membership is open to everyone. Simply bring along identification and sign up.
Join online
People aged 18+ can join online and receive an Online User ID. Select either a Full Library Card Membership or Online Access Membership.
If selecting a Full Library Card Membership please visit the library within three months to get your permanent library card.
Online Access Members can access eBooks and online resources but cannot place holds or borrow items.
Libraries Victoria One Card membership
Membership to Greater Dandenong libraries also grants One Card privileges where members can borrow at any participating Libraries Victoria branch meaning multiple membership cards are not required.
Library members can enjoy access to a wide variety of libraries and collections from across Victoria.
Items can also be returned to any participating library branch.
