Windows PCs, WiFi, printing, scanning and photocopying are available at the libraries and at Keysborough Community Hub. Games consoles are available at Dandenong and Springvale libraries. A library card is required to use these services.
Computers
Use of library computers is free for all library members.
All computers have Microsoft Office and access to a colour printer. Printing costs apply.
Dandenong and Springvale libraries both offer two iMacs with Adobe Creative Cloud software.
Scanning facilities are available free of charge on dedicated computers and the printers. Please note that some scanning devices require a USB. If needed, USB devices are available for purchase at the library.
Computer bookings and access
Bookings can be made with staff. Available computers may be used without a booking with a valid library card.
Computer use is limited to a maximum of two hours per day.
WiFi access
Access to WiFi is free and is available during opening hours.
Children aged under 10 years must have direct supervision by a parent or guardian.
Printing
Printing is available however there is a cost involved. Payment can be made by card or cash.
Click and collect printing
Click and Collect Printing requests can be submitted online 24 hours, seven days a week.
Collect your printing within seven days from submitting from either Dandenong or Springvale libraries.
Fill in the Click and Collect Printing form and submit your files for printing.
Games consoles
Games consoles are available at Dandenong and Springvale libraries free for use with a library card. Games are updated regularly.
Children aged under 10 years must have direct supervision by a parent or guardian.
