
Join us and breathe, stretch, and giggle through our yoga session for younger primary school children. Yoga teacher Ryan Chhajed will take the group through a warm-up, breath work, strengthening and stretching yoga asana, then finish with relaxation exercises. Expect music, soothing movement and mindfulness.
Yoga mats are provided, just come in comfortable clothes and bring your own water bottle.
This session is for children aged 5-8 years. Presented by Melbourne Kids Yoga.
