A fantastic and whimsical book that captures life from behind the bookshop counter. Greig wryly observes the diversity of human behaviour as only a retail worker can from frazzled mums with rambunctious kids, to laidback hippies, surfer dudes and hipster types.

Elias’s portraits of all kinds of people will make you smile in recognition and at times, laugh out loud. Highly recommended for librarians, bookshop staff and anyone who enjoys observing the quirks of human nature.
